    These are challenging times. Families are faced with unusual financial challenges. Every donation — no matter the size — plays an important role in supporting the church and its work. Generosity is about more than money. Giving consistently, even in small amounts, is a reflection of your faith and ongoing commitment to your spiritual journey.

    To help you through these challenging times, in 2026 you will be able to deduct your charitable donations from your Federal tax return, even if you do not itemize your deductions,. The deduction is $1,000 ($83/month) for single tax payers and $2,000 ($167/month) if you file joint.

    These gifts pay for the church's operations, programs that reach out to the community, charitable work, and building maintenance. From candles and incense to rent and utilities.

    You are in complete control of your donation. You can choose to donate one time or regularly on any schedule (weekly, monthly, annually, etc.). You can choose to cover the processing fee or not. You can change the amount or cancel whenever you like.

    We also have an online portal to help you keep track of your donations. Here is where you can make changes your changes. And we will send you a summary. at the end of the year so you can file your taxes.

ABOUT THE EVENT

The Christmas Market is designed to be a fun time for the whole family. We will provide an area for the children to play games and draw while the family shops the vendors. We will have a bake sale, hot chocolate and group games throughout the day, like an egg toss, bean bag toss, three-legged race, and so on. The games we all played at family and church picnics.

The Christmas Market showcases local artisans, farmers, food vendors, small businesses, and young entrepreneurs, while also featuring kids’ activities—creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for the whole community.

MARKET VENDORS WILL RECEIVE:

  • Booth Space in multiples of 10 ft x 10 ft
  • Electrical Supply (Optional $10)
  • Parking Passes and Credentials for Staff
  • 24-hour security
  • Website Recognition with links to your website as soon as you commit to the 2026 market.

MARKET INFORMATION

VENDOR FEE

  • A $25 vendor fee is required each market day per 10×10 space.
  • Electricity is available for $10/day
  • A 50% discount is available if the booth reservation is made by November 15 (use discount code OFCCM26)
  • Payment is due upon acceptance via payment link provided.

DAILY OPERATING HOURS

10:00 am – 6:00 pm – DAILY

Vendors are expected to be present and operating during all event hours. We are understanding of absences due to serious or unforeseen circumstances. In cases of extreme weather, the ATOM event management team will notify vendors of potentially unsafe conditions and keep them informed of any official changes in market hours.

Saturday, November 28, 2026 (after Market closes)

PHOTOS:
Please include 2-4 high resolution photos of your product(s) and display, as well as a high-resolution file of your company logo with this application. These will be used for marketing if your application is approved. Your business will be placed on the 2026 website as soon as you commit and pay.

VEHICLE INFORMATION:
Each vendor will receive (2) parking passes to be used by working staff only. Onsite parking is reserved for vendors. Any vehicle you take to the market will need a parking pass. If you need additional passes, please contact event management. Vehicles that take up more than a single parking space must be approved in advance. Vehicles cannot stay in the parking lot overnight.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Electricity is provided by generators and is therefore limited to lights and small appliances. Vendors must provide their own extension cords. Certain restrictions and power pull limits will apply.

WATER REQUIREMENTS:
The market does not provide access to water for water barrels, gray water disposal or other needs. Vendor are responsible for their own water needs and disposal.

HEALTH & SAFETY
We are committed to providing a safe, family-friendly, and welcoming environment for all attendees, vendors, volunteers, and guests. Please be mindful of weather conditions, stay hydrated during outdoor events, and use caution during setup and breakdown periods. Children should remain supervised, and we ask all participants to follow event staff guidance, parking instructions, and venue safety protocols. Please do not drive around posted safety cones and maintain a speed of 5 mph or less while driving through market setup and breakdown areas. In the event of severe weather or emergency situations, updates and instructions will be communicated by event staff and through official communication channels.

On the application, please let us know if you are interested in participating in the following so we can promote your booth on various platforms:

  • If you are interested in offering a discount to the following groups: Military First Responders Teachers Other.
  • If you are interested in participating in the Living Tree Family Donation program. We will be holding a drawing to provide Christmas dinner and gifts to as many families as we can.
  • If you are interested in donating items for social media / marketing giveaways.
